    I have reinstalled the plugin MailPoet. After consulting for many days all the tutorials I could refer, I’m always not able to make the visitors subscribe to my newsletter. The form is installed as a widget in the home page.
    Making a test from my own PC with my mail address and connected as manager of the site, all works perfectly.
    But if anyone want to subscribe to my newsletter from his PC the message inviting to check the confirmation mail does not appear. In place, an other page is showed. Checking the list their mails don’t appear of course.
    It seems that the procedure only works when the visitor is connected, but could he be connected before having subscribe ?
    Please find a solution

    Thanks for reaching out!

    This error usually indicates an issue with your sending method.

    Do you see any errors in MailPoet > Help > System Status?

    Do you use MailPoet Sending Service? If yes, can you send a test newsletter, or the issue is isolated to confirmation emails?

    I use MailPoet Sending Service. After having add my friend’s mail adress in the list, sending a test newsletter, I received the newsletter but my friend not.
