Subscription services

I have this problem,

I have a page where client receives order via mail from form, and he provide end clients with weekly services,

he want to connect it with subscription , so the end clients can log in to website and change , pause or cancel subscription for his services,

I could use woocomerce subscription but he don`t like to use woocomerce selling system he want to keep the form order, but how to make it so after filling form we receive a website login for the page where can we manage the subscription ?

Is that even possible without hard hours of coding ?
