I just discovered some problems with my Woocommerce and Subscriptions. When I look at my subscriptions it says I have 198, but it only lists 6 on the “ALL” screen. Each screen list some subscriptions, but not all. When I search for a known client they do appear.

Also if I try to create a new product attached to a subscription, after hitting “update” the product reverts to a “simple product” instead of a “simple subscription”. I have a feeling there is some corruption, but want to find out what others thought before proceeding.

It looks like Woo is OK (I see all order placed and can create new simple products), but a subscription that was planed to hit this morning does not show up in “Orders”.

To my knowledge everything was working before I upgraded the plugin and Word Press last night (the last time I actively looked at the subscriptions was about a week ago, but the last processed “order” was yesterday). I updated the plug-ins and added Divi Builder to make the store page nicer. When I went to add new products is when I began to notice the issues.

Thanks for any and all advice

I just found when I go to the WooCommerce “Status” page says I have outdated plugins for Subscriptions, and my Inuit PaymentGateway. However when I go to the plugins page I do not have the “update now” and everything appears as if it is up to date. It lists version 2.1.3 so it is obviously out of date as 2.2.16 is current.

So now how do I update subscriptions plugin manually without removing any data? If I try to deactivate and remove the plugin it says it will delete the data 🙁

Any help would be appreciated. My subscriptions for today are not processing, so I really hope to have this resolved today to prevent another day of missed transactions.

    Thanks!

    Hi @techmedx

You will need to connect the WooCommerce.com account which purchased the Subscriptions extension to your site – full details here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/managing-woocommerce-com-subscriptions/

Once you’ve done that, if you’re still having problems, reach out via My Account and the team who support WooCommerce.com Subscriptions will be happy to help out if you have an active subscription with us.

    Thanks,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved. If you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
