Thank you for your post and sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

    We identified the problem here…

Certain Javascript only loads for the Manage Subscriptions page when the current post/page ID being viewed matches the post/page ID setting under Newsletters > Configuration > Subscribers > Subscriber Management Section.

The issue is most likely that the Manage Subscriptions page you’re viewing does not have the same ID as the one configured there then you can just fill in it’s ID into that setting.

In the meanwhile, we’ve improved this in the latest development of the Newsletter plugin to always render and provide that Javascript wherever the [newsletters_management] shortcode is present. We’ll include this improvement into the upcoming update.

That will resolve the problem if the Manage Subscriptions page changes for any reason or in case a duplicate was manually created.

    Thank you for your answer

I checked the ID of the Manage Subscriptions page, but it’s the same as the one in the Subscriber Management Section…

Ok so the ID of the post/page is exactly the same as the value in the setting under Newsletters > Configuration > Subscribers > Subscriber Management Section?

Then the other reason could be a missing wp_footer() function in your WordPress theme’s footer.php file. Or I think you had a ticket and there was a fatal error at the bottom of the Manage Subscriptions page, cutting off the footer.

Exactly the same yes, the ID is 22

Here is my footer.php file, I’ve never change anything inside :

And nothing cut the footer at the bottom of the Manage Subscriptions page

Sorry to hear… I’ll continue to help with this.

Since you had a ticket, can you please post a reply on it?
Then we’ll have to check why that Javascript isn’t loading as it should.
