Subscriber Report Captcha Failed

    I got the email below from a potential subscriber with an .au extension on her email address. Any ideas why that is happening?

    Hi Al,

    The page that I was directed to after I verified my email address is faulty. I ticked “I’m not a robot” then typed in the text that appeared, and although it verified I wasn’t a robot (as tick appeared), red text says “captcha failed, please try again”. I did, several times but to no avail. Definitely glitchy.

    No, sorry. I’m not seeing the problem, a customer is.

    Mailchimp took a look and couldn’t reproduce the problem. They expect it was just a temporary glitch.

    Thanks for your help, but I will ignore this unless it happens again.
