Subscribe2 stopped working weeks ago

Just realized subscribers went from spotty to no notifications. I have an imp. sponsor giveaway tomorrow and can’t afford not to be able to share.
I changed notification setting to plain text excerpt and Restrict the number of recipients per email from 1 to(0 for unlimited)hoping it would help. I also posted today’s post twice to see if it made any difference.
