    Dear,

For some reason the Subscribe2 plugin doesn’t work.

This is what I did so far:
    – I made a subscribe 2 page and linked the shortcode of the plugin to this page. Following on that, I changed some preferences in the plugin. (nothing in css or anything just the normal option preferences)

subscribe2 plugin is compatible with my theme, and the only plugin that is compatible I think therefore I want to stick with this plugin.

If I go and take a look to the preview of the subscribe page I just see a comment section, no subscribe options or anything, Further the subscribe section on my homepage is not linked to the subscription page. Normally this would go automatic in this theme but it doesn’t.

This is the subscription page (doesn’t look like a subscription page):
    http://www.driesketels.com/subscription/

This is the current website (where you will find the subscription section if you scroll down):
    http://www.driesketels.com/

I hope someone is willing to provide me with some help on this problem. (some of my previous posts remained unanswered and without help it takes a lot of time to figure out what I’m doing wrong)
    Thanks in advance,
    dries

  • @driesketels / Dries,

    I visited your page above:
    http://www.driesketels.com/subscription/

And the form was showing for me – I suspect you had not logged out of your site so you would have seen a link to your personal subscription settings at the Subscribe2 -> Your Subscriptions page.

    Dear mattyrob,

You are completely right I didn’t logged out! I see there is a subscription possibility now!

My question concerning the link from the main page to the subscribe page is still a problem. Perhaps you can help me on that one as well?

    Okay I found the problem!
Apparently on my main page the text that I wrote was a little bit to long for the frame meant for the newsletter. Therefore the button url for the subscribe form was not visible in the frame and people couldn’t link to the actual form.

    Thanks for your help mattyrob!
