Subscribe to download Plugin

    I’m looking for a “Subscribe to Download” plugin for WordPress. I’m posting source code for the users to download for free. However, I want them to subscribe to my RSS before they are allowed to download. Also the code should be sent to the email address that the user submits when subscribing.

    Is this possible?
