Subscribe Shortcode / Calendar feed for multiple categories

    I am using your plugin on a site where users can be part of multiple groups, having their separate events. However, sometimes there are joint events, in which all groups attend.

    Your plugins allows for calendar feeds to certain categories, however, I cannot seem to subscribe to multiple categories at once.
    Adding the event to multiple categories does seem to work, although I cannot get a correct feed all the time. Also, the color in the full calendar changes, as I am not able to set a dominant color.

    Do you have any suggestions on how to fix this issue?
