Subscribe checkbox & message on separate lines?

    Hey Guys,

    I have just downloaded STCR and am super excited to get it up and running.
    Unfortunately I have come across with a small layout issue and wonder if anyone could point me in the right direction?

    As you can see from this screenshot – The checkbox and the Subscribe message are on separate lines.
    I would like to have both the checkbox and the message on the same line.

    Any help would be much appreciated!!
