Subscribe button text and following message

    Hi there,

    nice plugin!

    But how can I change the text displayed on the subscribe button (“subscribe”) into something else eg. “abonnieren”?

    The message appearing after subscription (visit your email, check spam etc) is in english too. How can I change it?
