Sadly, it’s not possible to have that checked by default.
Visitors to your website need to decide if they’d want to receive emails from you and this is required to use the MailPoet Sending Service. You can learn more about this here: Why Express Consent is Important
If a user is logged-in and has previously subscribed, then that checkbox will be pre-checked when they get to Checkout.
I think the best options, in this case, would be to either re-word the label e.g “Check this if you want to receive or continue receiving our promo emails” — or else require clients to create a user account, and then make sure they log in before placing their order.
