i have installed the plugin: subscribe 2 and everything seems to be working in the admin section – however the form is not showing on my blog. What is missing or what am i doing wrong?

You probably just needed to log out.

@elocal,

Where on your site have you put the form? Can you provide a link to the page?

You seem to have a page written in PHP doing something with subscriptions but this is not what you need to do for Subscribe2. You need to write a WordPress page.
