• When testing in a private window to submit a new event, the automated email to the submitter’s email is not being sent. I’ve checked the settings but can’t find where I’m going wrong. Any advice?

  • Does the event require approval before it’s published? If so, does the email get sent once the event is published?

    This might be a misunderstanding on my part. I was informed that the submitter receives an email when submitting and event and when the event is published but we were only receiving the published one. Oh well, thanks for clearing that up.
