Submit Job Form

I am testing the form to submit jobs from the front end and discovered that upon clicking submit it returns and error which states that description is a required field even when I have typed into the description field. I haven’t and cannot make any changes to the form fields so its weird. Any ideas what might be causing this?

It requires login so the following credentials may be used to access the page:

Username: Goprint
Password: welcome
