Thanks for reporting this, and sorry for the trouble!
It’s tricky to figure out what’s causing the issue if it’s intermittent and can’t be reproduced.
Have you noticed if this started to happen upon installing a new plugin or theme or after an update?
What I can suggest you try is to get a staging site, temporarily deactivate all your plugins, and check if the problem gets fixed that way if you manage to reproduce it. If it works, reactivate each plugin one by one to find out which one is causing problems.
Once you manage to recreate the problem, right-click to select Inspect, and then check the browser Console tab to see if there’s anything flagged as red (error).
Let us know what you find out!
