You use https protocol that’s why it doesn’t work. GeoNames requires paid account for sites using https.

Are you sure you ZodiacPress is installed properly? I cannot find string “‘If birth time is unknown, check this box.” in the form so I think the file can be broken.

Before, some of the graphics were not coming up. I am assuming this was the SSL issue. I purchased the Geonames for SSL. The images placeholder issue seems to be gone. But the submit button still will not work.
But I still can’t find the mentioned phrase. Maybe sth other is also missing? Did you edit some files?

Maybe there is some conflict with other plugins? Try to disable all plugins for a moment except ZodiacPress. I guess your PHP version is >5.4
All plugins disabled. Issue still persists.

That issue was resolved. Looked to be a ssl mix content issue.
I can enter the data and submit the information.
Howver, now it’s asking to confirm the time zone (is this normal)?
And after clicking submit, it goes to a page with a white image space (looks like a banner). The planets are listed under the white spacer.

Yes it asks to confirm the time zone. But it doesn’t work now on your page at all, it does not find the birthplace and the button doesn`t work. You should have active commercial account at Geonames using https.
