    Hello, guys. I need some help with this plugin.

    I bought, installed, and started testing this plugin. I specifically bought it for the matrix scale type of survey. However, during testing, I noticed that my submissions were registering the same form three times per submission.

    I would appreciate any help because I need to finish this project this week.

    For other readers, we’re closing this ticket for now as the customer contacted us via email and the problem has been solved by providing a new fixed zip file.
