Submissions are not saved

    I installed and activated a plugin to save submissions on the website and to allow users to upload files via the form. However, these features aren’t working for me in Divi Form. I’m using Divi 5, and I’ve even tried deactivating my other plugins, but nothing has helped so far—the plugin isn’t functioning as it should on my website.

    Hi @degtard,

    Sorry for any inconvenience. We checked this with the latest version of Divi 5, and it is working fine. Could you please explain the exact issue you are facing? Are you unable to upload files using the File Upload field, or are you having issues with form entries submissions? Did you receive any error messages while performing these operations? Also, have you checked the form entry submissions in the plugin dashboard? Please provide some more details so we can give you a proper solution.
