I could find two problems there, the initial one was the calculation options were disabled in the Age fields, so when the calculation tried to run Age * 0 + something it returned actually no value, could you also review your calculations?
Because something * zero is 0 so it is not actually getting the value set in the Age in count on your formula.
But I also applied a fix by wrapping the fields into ( ) in the calculations, please import the following form: https://pastebin.com/y8WjLQ2y
Use the option to replace the emails while importing the form, then click to edit your form and check the calculations.
