Yes, you can add consent text to your forms. You only need to add a checkbox field for users to grant permission. This checkbox should include a short message indicating that the user agrees to receive emails or be added to your mailing list.
For example, you can add a checkbox with this text:
“I agree to receive email updates.”
After you add this checkbox, users must tick it before they submit the form. This gives clear consent. If you prefer, you can also make the checkbox required so the form cannot be sent without agreement.
