It seems the form is from Formidable plugin, not Forminator, which is our plugin:

Or are you using this plugin temporarily while debugging the Forminator?
If so, could you please add the form back so we can take a look?

Hi @wpmudev-support1,
I created a payment form with a PayPal submission button at the end. I chose your plugin especially because it allowed me to create a payment option as part of the form itself. The form is part of a submission process where people can sign up to the only service I’m offering and so it is paramount that it works 100%.
After my initial support query to you, I also realised that some of the other fields were not working. And so, I have decided to suspend using your form for now and am looking for alternatives.
