Subhead Page Button as Anchor Point

    I was just wondering if it was possible to create an anchor point with the links in the menu, specifically the subheader links. I have an “About” Page in my menu, and then I want the subhead buttons underneath About that to all link to separate points on the one long About Page.

    Is this possible? I’m using the Point Break theme, is that helps. Thanks!
