Sub Page appears After changing title Name

    The issue I’m having is when I change the title of the page in manage > page it still appears on the blog. All I tried to do is change the title of the page of the sub pages under “Services” from “Services | Custom poems” to “Custom Poems” and finally settled with “Sample of Poems” and all 3 still appear and i didn’t make a new page [http://memoriesbysevannah.com/]. If you click on the other two you will get the 404 error. Please help, thanks all

    Is this a better way of explaining it:
    When I changed the title in admin > Manage > Pages the title/link still appears the old name that I change on the page along with the new one.
