• I am making a localhost website to test. I am having an issue with my sub menu. The sub menu is a custom link at: localhost/mysite/residential-services/#design. I can right click and open in a new tab and it works. I can click on it from the residential-services page and it moves it to the design anchor. It does not work from the mysite page. I can open it from any other page and position and it does work. Just not from the home page. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Hi @munch1

Yes. That is correct and not a bug. As you know, when you click from any menu item which has an anchor (like #design), it will scroll to a relevant section on the homepage.

For example, you have the menu: localhost/mysite/residential-services/#design, and when clicking on this menu, it will scroll to Design section, however, if you don’t have this section on the homepage, it won’t work.

This happens on the homepage only, so that is why you can right click and open it from any other page.

    Hope it helps!
