sub menu header when clicked opens sub menu

    Hi, im using cubic theme and I have a menu with some submenus within it.

    When I click the little down arrow on sub menu header, he sub menu opens.

    the header iteself doesnt do anything. (it is linked to #) How can I change the menu so clicking the header text of the submenu will open the submenu?

    Ive played around with a few settings, but no luck
