Sub items not showing in main menu

Hi,

I have added some sub pages to one of the page of my main menu.
I have dragged them all and they show on the wp backend but not on the actual website. (I have made sure the menu was selected as main menu before saving it).
I also tried to create a new menu and saved it as main menu but it didn’t work either.

I would be happy to attached the coding but I am not sure if I can do that on here.
