su_video not playing

    Inserted video code from the su dashboard and it displays correct on the page but doesn’t play when you hit the play button. PRIVATE page so can’t post link here. Code example:
    [su_video url="https://....." poster="https://......" title="Video Introduction" width="800" height="440"]
    I’m using the Education Base free theme.

    Hi @attrahent,

    1. Make sure you’re using .mp4 file URL.
    2. Make sure you have the Flash plugin enabled in your browser. Video shortcode still uses this outdated technology.
