Styling upload button

Hi Guys!

the style of my uploading button is:

.wpcf7-form .uploadbutton {
background: none repeat scroll 0 0 #A3B139;
border: medium none;
border-radius: 3px;
color: #A3B139;
cursor: pointer;
margin-top: 10px;
padding: 5px;
text-indent: 0;
width: auto;

as you can see from here http://www.perevod.zp.ua/2711.jpg it doesn’t look good at all.

what I want:
To make green colour of the browse button (it is grey at the moment, though I styled the background…)

in the “form” section it looks like this
