Styling issue with wp_nav_menu

    I’m styling a responsive site but having difficulty finding a an element that is showing a blue border.

    When you resize to smaller screen size and click on the menu button, a blue border appears while in focus. I have spent hours inspecting with browser and changing css properties… I can not find the element that this blue border is coming from. Any ideas?
