Styling Issue

I have a weird issue where the page that renders the simple view of the links is missing a / after the domain when you debug in console:

https://www.geerservices.comocopd_tpl_url/simple/template.css?ver=5.8

Shouldn’t it be https://www.geerservices.com/ocopd_tpl_url/simple/template.css?ver=5.8

Any info would be great.
