Unless you provide a link to a page demonstrating the problem, no one will be able to offer much in the way of specific help.

Sorry esmi…I was just about to update this as closed. I thought I checked everything but found a < missing in front of section on my single.php page, which was causing an H2 tag to cause problems…
All fixed…got to use an eagle eye!

I’m back. I’m still having a problem with regards to how Links are being rendered. I’ve used a services called Litmus to capture the page. If you look at the results you’ll see the word “Link” at the top of the page. IE 7 and Firefox 3.6 render it correctly, the others don’t…so I’m still stuck.
Here is the link to view the results:
And again…thanks in advance.

Whoops…no links, here it is again here
We really need a link to a live page demonstrating the problem.

Here is a page – links look different in Chrome OSX and other browsers as shown in my tests at this location (Litmus Browser Service)
Thanks
