Hello @mrosedesign , thank you for opening your topic and sharing the recording. I’m happy to check on this for you, but need to gather a few more details. To rule out plugin or theme conflict, could you please check if this issue occurs when Web Stories is the only active plugin and when using a default WordPress theme?
You can safely simulate this by using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin and enable its troubleshooting mode. This mode disables active plugins and switches to a default theme safely because it only affects the experience of the logged-in user.
Then if you can please share your Site Health information privately I can check for any obvious conflicts.
Thank you! It does appear to be a plugin conflict so I submitted that info in hopes you can help determine which one it is.
Thank you. While I can try my best to test on my end, it may be easier if you check for the plugin conflict since you have a few commercial plugins installed. You can test this by starting with all plugins disabled (using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin), then slowly reactivating your theme and other plugins one at time until the conflict returns.
@mrosedesign We are going to mark your topic as resolved as we haven’t received a response. Please feel free to open a new support topic if you experience any other issues. Thank you!
