Styles broken on all themes

    Hello,

    I have a situation where all the styles layout/formattings are removed, and this is the same no matter what Theme I select.

    All I’ve done is change some CMOD settings & then uploaded to the plugins & themes directories

    What is returned when you try to access one of your stylesheets through the browser? A 404 page?

    what did you change the permissions to?

    Andrew: when I tried to access the theme’s stylesheet through the browser it loaded the code (no 404)

    Jack Randall: The uploads & Plugins directory is temporally set to 777

    try repairing your database, the tables with stylesheet locations might be a squiffy. you can do it with phpmyadmin in your hosting.

    works again once wp-content/plugins directory permissions is set back to 0755
