Style not working

    My Blog located at: http://www.u3applications.net

    The style.css is in the theme directory but it does not format the blog.

    Can anyone try and guide me through fixing this problem

    I have also set the correct permissions for the file and tried different ones also, wordpress just doesn’t seem to find it.

    I need urgent help on this, thanks
