I have free Elementor and Responsive Plus Theme with includes custom header and footer. I have created one header with a maroon background for all pages and then another with purple for one specific page (and a copy of that page that I am fiddling with. I used Responsive > Elementor Add Ons > Theme Builder to create the two headers.

When I am editing the headers using Elementor, I enable Sticky header using the Sticky Section option in Responsive Addons for Elementor (RAE) >Advanced >REA Sticky Section > ON.

If I start to scroll down, the header “Blinks” and on this page, the filter buttons to choose between different media filters do not work. – https://afterglowwpsite4803.live-website.com/gallery/

Here is the Maroon page that has the same “blinking” issue – https://afterglowwpsite4803.live-website.com/

Additionally, while I have sticky enabled, I cannot edit anything on any of my pages if I scroll down at all in the E editor. Also, when I scroll down, the header jumps down the page out of view. Like it wants to go below the first container on the page.
