Those sharing settings are provided by Jetpack, not WordPress.
The button was removed in Jetpack 3.6:
Enhancement: Sharing: Retire StumbleUpon

For more info, I recommend asking at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack#postform so the plugin’s developers and support community can help you with this.
Hi, James, I first went to the WordPress.com forums and found that you can add a stumble upon button using the ‘add new service’ option (wordpress supplied the code and icon). The only problem is;, no matter what size you make the icon, or any new icon you add via another service (I also added Yummly), the sharing button remains teeny tiny in comparison to the others. I posted this problem in the Jetpack forums, but I’m still waiting for a response, 20 hours later.
By the way, this is a new account I made when my initial posts weren’t showing up. I’m on my third now, the past three years. lol

Yeah. Don’t do that, that get’s all of your account’s posts marked as spam when you submit as it looks like you’re playing account games. 🙁 Please pick one account and use that one only. I’ll mark the other 2 accounts as “Inactive”.

Thank you Jan and James. I’m so sorry about the account situation. I will stick with only one from hereon in, no matter what the circumstance. 🙂
