• When students log in to their dashboard, they get errors (this page could not be found), when they click on Enrolled Courses, Active, and see all. They can only access the courses on continue learning. It only happened today. Is this a bug? Is there any way to correct this?

  • Hey @edinabalczo ,

Thank you for reaching out. Could please refresh your permalinks by navigating to WordPress Dashboard → Settings → Permalinks and clicking Save Changes without making any changes.

For more information, please refer to our documentation:
    https://tutorlms.com/docs/404-error/

If the issue persists after refreshing the permalinks, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to investigate further.

    Unfortunately that did not work.

    Hey @edinabalczo ,

Thank you for the update. Refreshing permalinks usually resolves most 404 issues after updates, but since it did not work in your case, please try the following steps:

First, clear all site/server cache and browser cache, and temporarily disable any caching plugins to check if they are affecting the dashboard URLs.

If the issue persists, please perform a plugin/theme conflict test:

    1. Temporarily deactivate all plugins except Tutor LMS.
    2. Check if the dashboard links work correctly.
    3. If the issue is resolved, reactivate the plugins one by one and check after each activation to identify the conflicting plugin.
    4. If the issue still persists with only Tutor LMS active, temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme (such as Twenty Twenty-Four/Twenty Twenty-Five) and test again.

If the issue continues after these checks, please let us know the results so we can investigate further.
