    Hi @nz2019 ,

Sorry for the inconvenience, and thank you for trying our plugin.

To help us check this further, could you please share a few details?

    1. What type of server are you using? Is it Apache, Nginx, or maybe a cPanel-based hosting?
    2. Does your Blogger export contain old posts, for example posts from 2017 or older?
    3. Is the SimpleXML PHP extension enabled on your server?
    4. If possible, please open your browser DevTools by pressing F12 or CTRL + SHIFT + I and run the migration, then send us the error message shown there.

If the error message contains any sensitive path or server information, you can send it to us by email instead.

    Thanks.

    Hi Mr. Nasikin,

Thank you so much for your prompt reply. I’m using Namecheap hosting and domain service.

Here are all the details you asked:

    1. Server Type: Namecheap Stellar Plus hosting uses the LiteSpeed web server (not Apache or Nginx). It is a cPanel-based hosting environment.
    2. SimpleXML PHP Extension: The SimpleXML PHP extension is enabled by default on Stellar Plus

    3. All the posts are from November 2024, so no old post.

    4. I have a non-technical background. So, make it clear, please. What do you mean by running the migration after opening the browser DevTools? It will be very helpful if you can provide a few screenshots.

Thank you, and I appreciate your effort for the Plug-in.

    Hi @nz2019 ,

Thank you so much for the additional information. I really appreciate it!

To be honest, I haven’t tested the plugin on LiteSpeed or OpenLiteSpeed servers yet. I will try to reproduce the issue on my side, and I’ll update you as soon as I have any results or findings.

Regarding the DevTools part, what I meant is quite simple. You only need to open your browser’s Developer Tools (F12) while you are on the BtW Importer page in WordPress, and then continue running the import process as usual. This can sometimes help me identify any errors that may appear during the migration.

However, if that sounds too technical or inconvenient, no worries at all. You can simply wait for my LiteSpeed testing results, and I’ll get back to you once I have more information.

Thank you again for your patience and for trying the plugin! I truly appreciate your support. 😊
