I just received a similar notification today for the first time. Not sure what it means or how to fix it.
We are aware of some false positive issues that can affect the Stuck Payments Detected notification. At the moment, weβre working on a fix, and we will come back as soon as possible with an update regarding this situation.
Best regards,
We are having the same exact issue – the problem is I can’t figure out how in the world to find the license key needed to open an actual ticket – it should not be this difficult.
The Paid Member Subscriptions plugin has detected 20 payments (totaling $500) that are older than 30 days and will not be automatically processed.
These payments require your attention to ensure your members can continue their subscriptions.
To analyze the issue and resolve it, please contact our support:

Paid Member Subscriptions
I have the same issue:
248 Stuck Payments Detected
There areΒ 248Β payments (totalingΒ Β£1,847.5) that are older than 30 days and will not be automatically processed. Contact support for assistance.
This is urgent. Please advise.
We have just released a new version of Paid Member Subscriptions, which should fix all of these false positives.
Please update the plugin to version 3.0.1, after which go to Paid Member Subscriptions -> Settings -> Payments -> make a modification to one of the settings (for example, the βRenewalβ option) -> Save Settings -> change back the setting -> Save Settings. This is in order to clear the cache, otherwise it will take approximately 1 hour to observe the changes.
Please let us know how it goes.
The update seems to have fixed it. Thank you.
