So I’ve installed the plugin and setup a facebook app. While in the settings and authorizing Facebook, going through these steps it’s asking which page I want to access. But I don’t have a page and wanting to pull events from a group that I created. So how do I proceed to get beyond this step?

Thank you for reaching out to us,

The plugin can directly import events from a Facebook Page, which is why it asks you to select a Page during authorization. Unfortunately, Facebook does not allow direct API access to Group events.

If you want to import events from your Facebook Group, you’ll need to use the iCal method. For that:

==> Go to your Group’s Events section.
==> Mark the events as Interested.
==> Copy the Facebook iCal URL / Download the Facebook iCal file.
==> Import that iCal URL/file into the plugin.
