Stuck on retrieiving files list

    Hey,

    I’m having issues exporting my website, when I click export it doesn’t generate a file, it’s stuck on ‘retrieving list of files’. I’ve deleted and reinstalled and no fix

    Can you help?

    You might need to increase max_execution_time on your server.
    What is your hosting provider and hosting plan?
