Hello, I’m also new to wordpress, I got my site up changed my theme and started adding my widgets there all fine except the calender it shows up on my about page but not on my home page, any ideas?

How exactly do I do what you suggest?
This is the error I get after uplaoding the install.php file:

It seems the file wp-load.phpis missing in your directory. ust unzip and or copy agian all the files.
D:\ means you are running Wp locally? no, not with an externel web adress. So you are missing files or got links mixed up, I think.
you’ve changed something – that error wasn’t there before
henkholland is right – you are missing wp-load.php and maybe other files
I downloaded the full version of wordpress-2.8. All of those files were uplaoded to the server… I’ll look into downloading it again…
