Stuck after User details | WordPress.org

I’m using the PayPro payment gateway (https://paypro.com.pk/gateway/), which was working perfectly before. However, I checked it today and noticed that it works fine when I’m logged into the WordPress dashboard, but when I access the site as a regular user, the payment gets stuck on “Submitting” after I enter the user’s details.

Could you please help me identify what might be causing this issue?

Since the PayPro payment gateway is a 3rd-party gateway, meaning it’s not a gateway our GiveWP team has built, we won’t be able to provide support for that. I would suggest to reach out to their support team here: https://paypro.com.pk/contact/

Otherwise, we have built a Give – PayFast Gateway that may work in your region. This payment gateway is part of the Give Pro license along with many other premium add-ons. You can review the full list here.
