“Stucco” navigation menu

I’m using the Stucco theme and want to use the navigation menu provided with the theme to give people easy access to additional pages. As a newby I’ve figured out that I need to use the Theme Editor to add some code to the Header Template. Can some kind soul give me an example of what the code looks like?
