Struggling with Forums Layout

I have an open case from this morning located here:
Basically, I am a newbie on WordPress and I don’t know a lot of CSS programming. This morning I put the problem I am having with WordPress Forums out here and I thought I’d find someone fairly quickly in the forums who is a CSS expert who could whip up a fix for me and send it to me. Maybe I’m wrong in assuming this and my issue is a bit more complicated than I thought. I have Parkinson’s disease and sometimes I can’t be on the computer because of my issues with Parkinson’s. I had to leave last night and maybe tonight as well. My website is located here.

Use a css plugin like Simple Custom CSS than add the following code. Adjust the width to your liking.

    max-width: 1020px;
    margin: 0 auto;
}
