Struggline Joining The WPTRT

Hello,

I followed all of the steps to join the Theme Review Team, and now I have to post a thread at http://make.wordpress.org/themes/about/trac-ticket-request-queue to get a ticket, or whatever. I am logged into WordPress.org (the bar at the top says “Howdy Protecig)” But I cannot figure out how to create a new thread. I tried the keyboard shortcuts and everything.

I’d appreciate any help
