Structured Error_update

Please help clarify: 1) Does this plugin resolve the Google Webmaster Tools Structured Data Errors for missing the updated dates? 2) If I install and activate the plugin, is it correct that in order to get an updated date to display, I would need to go to each individual post and select Now, and the date that would display, would become the date on which I selected NOW? 3) Is the published date still also displayed? 4) If I am not doing any change other than select NOW, to get the updated date to resolve Structured Errors, will the post be re-published to my followers once I select Now on each post? Thank you for clarification! (I am using only default 2014 theme with plugins and looking for a plugin to resolve structured data errors as all fixes want to change the default theme which I understand we are not supposed to do.
