    Following, same problem for me!

    You can try with this custom css, but I’m not sure if this will afflict the snippet:

    #snippet-box {
    display: none;
}

    Im not shure why the rich data should appear as a visible box, as Google says; Snippet must contain visible content, means, not populate with data that is not visible in the current article.

    It doesn´t mean that the snippet itself has to be visible.

    I have the same problem…
    The box should not appear. It is bad for the user experience.

    @skop81 : Thanks for the code! It did not change anything on my website and I had to remove the plugin… But thanks anyway!

    @jonas-lundman : You are right. Riche snippet is for bot only and should only appear on Search results, not on the website (duh!)
