    Hi,

I have products listed with no reviews. Google’s structured data tool is showing an error because of 0 reviews. “reviewCount 0 (The value provided for reviewCount must be a positive value.)”

    Code snippet: <span class=”rating-count” itemprop=”reviewCount”>0</span>

Is there a setting or something to have it not output if there are no reviews, so that google doesn’t show an error?

    thanks!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

As much as we’d love to help, Yoast SEO does not control this behavior and, therefore, the Yoast support channels are not the best place to request assistance.

Please contact the plugin that outputs the ratings schema for further assistance.

    Thanks for your reply.

I thought Yoast did the structured data, but looking I guess it is woocommerce. Hmm.

Yoast SEO adds schema but it’s in a different format called JSON-LD. The schema in the code snippet provided is called microdata which may be output by WooCommerce or a WooCommerce add-on.

Thanks so much for your reply again. New to structured data, so not sure what is outputting what and who does what. I’ve left a question with the woocommerce forums.
